Mar Soler is the joy of the orchard.
Enthusiastic and restless, she was born by the sea in Gandía. Perhaps that is why spring and summer are her two favorite seasons. She longs for any homemade dish, such as her mother’s baked rice. Although her great passion is gastronomy, she lives very close to her roots, the family garden and the animals. When she is not in the kitchen, she practices sports and goes out in the city. She understands change as the need for constant expression.

Alberto Alonso es el tronco del árbol
Natural de Burgos, es tranquilo, inspirador y creativo. Le pierden los platos calientes, como los callos y las alubias. Quizá por ello su estación favorita es el invierno. Más allá de los fogones, puedes encontrarlo haciendo deporte o hablando de política. Entiende el cambio como una transformación, siempre, desde la reflexión.
